There is one thing what I'm not able to understand. The door of Men's toilet is always opened. I have seen few times if the man is coming out he doesn't close the door. Why? This is frugally!!

I find it more horrible when they even not wash their hands. I've seen it far more than once.

Washing hands is for health purposes. It's good to have a clean environment. Using a porta potty is very helpful.
